Fed up with trying to decide what to cook for dinner? Well come along to a Vietnamese cooking lesson with Leenah, who is passionate about cooking her own home food.
She will demonstrate how to make fresh spring rolls with 2 kinds of dipping sauce, Shaking beef (seared beef cubes served with greens, tomatoes, bell peppers and lime dipping sauce) and Vietnamese chicken noodles (Pho chicken with rice noodles and fresh herbs).
Then you will make the dishes yourself to take home all under her constant guidance on how to prepare and where to find the ingredients. So come along and learn how to make Vietnamese food with a traditional taste all ready for your dinner.

and vegetables wrapped in rice paper.
Dipping sauce: Traditional fish sauce; peanut sauce.
Seared beef cubes served with greens, tomatoes, bell peppers and a lime dipping sauce.
Vietnamese Chicken Noodles (Pho)
Slow-cook chicken broth in traditional spices, served with rice noodles and fresh herbs.
